Travel, Career or Family

Sometimes there are just some things that are very difficult to decide. For example if you want to work abroad but can't decide it because you cannot leave your family or husband alone at home. Other situation like you want to bear children but cannot also decide with it because you still want to travel and see places.

There are some friends and acquaintances who want to travel with me but because of having children to take care of, they just can't leave home alone. I also want to wear maternity clothes and wish to have children in a year or two. For now, I just want to travel and explore the globe when finances are possible. Sometimes travel, career and family can also go together but it depends on your situation and also considering your time and money.

Sometimes and maybe most of the times, we also have to consider our priorities. If you want to prioritize on your career, why not? If you have time and money and want to travel, you can also do it anytime and anywhere. And having and raising a family, this is for me the most important one and I hope that my wishes will be granted in a year or two.

These are only my personal views and I hope that one of these days, all of these will synchronize and harmonize and will be granted at the right time especially raising my own children.

Watching TFC Channel in Madrid

This would probably one thing I will miss when I will leave Spain. I am already used to watch TFC channel in the apartment that I am staying in this city. TFC is a Filipino Television channel located worldwide. I like watching these so-called Teleserye in Filipino which are also known as soap operas. I don't have a TFC channel in Germany and I will find a way to watch it. I just remember that I can also watch it online.

This is the advantage of our modern technology now. With the advent of computers and internet, you can already watch news, movies, shows and entertainment online. If you are familiar or know what is hdmi, you can watch movies from the internet by connecting the hdmi cable to your bigger LED Television. I don't have to worry about TFC because I can also watch it online back at home in Germany.

Economic and financial Crisis is happening everywhere now not only in Europe but in many countries around the world. Greece for example is currently experiencing financial difficulties. Living in Europe

I heard from some friends in the United States that living in Europe is quite expensive. That is true especially if you don't know where to find cheaper things. Actually, there are really cities and countries here that are very expensive. Probably because of the high standard of living. Taking for example in the big cities of Germany like Munich, Stuttgart and Berlin. Living in these areas is quite expensive. In Germany, health insurance is also a must. Unlike in the U.S. where you can buy private health insurances like Blue Cross NC. It is also an advantage when one has a health insurance because in times of emergencies, you don't need to worry that much about hospital bills and medicines. We are glad we have one.

Lastly, I love living in Europe. There are a lot of beautiful and historical sights here that are worthy to visit and see. I guess, I am lucky to live in this part of the world.

Looking For Cheap Hotels in Paris, France

What a tiring day I had today. Despite of that I am still giving you a quick update before I sign-off tonight. I guess we are visiting Paris, France this time. Have you been there? If not just try to look at the image I posted here wherein you can see the Eiffel Tower in my background. I am just done browsing about cheap flights to Paris. I was already there last year but I will be visiting it again this coming August with a friend from the United States.

I received an email from my friend telling me that we still have to book a hotel in somewhere in Paris center. She told me that she is quite busy the past days. That is also the reason why I need to help her search a hotel for us to stay. I am also thinking if last minute accommodation is cheaper as booking earlier. That is also the reason why I stumbled at Lastminute.com.au awhile ago because I was browsing over the internet for cheap hotels in Paris. I found the site quite easy to navigate compared to the German ones I visited the past days.

Looking for a Place to Stay During Your Vacation

Me and my friend have been looking for a place to stay during our incoming Europe adventure this coming summer. We have been searching for cheap flights, hotels and bus trips because we will be visiting a lot of European cities this time. I wish I can stay in one of the luxury phuket hotels in my next vacation but we will be touring Europe again this summer. Don't you know that looking for a place to stay when spending your vacation can sometimes be very difficult especially if you are considering your finances. But sometimes you can also treat yourselves especially if you are working too hard and wish to have a quite luxurious holiday.

This is a special post this time because I am featuring a luxury hotel in Phuket, Thailand. This is one of the places that I wish to visit in this country. That is also the reason why I just browsed Avista, a resort and spa in Kata, Phuket. As I entered a date sometime in October 2010 , I found out that the rates are quite reasonable. Imagine for only 3,500 THB which is around 87.00 Euros per night anytime in October of this year. That is quite cheap! I was even browsing a bed and breakfast room in Rome and I found some that cost from 70.00 to 100.00 Euros per night and the rooms are very small and without a lot of facilities.

With the luxury rooms that they have in Avista, for sure it is a cozy place to stay. The rooms are also huge and very relaxing because each has its own private balcony. Restaurants, pool bar, spa, gym, swimming pool and more are only some of their facilities. I guess this is quite a nice place to stay for a luxurious vacation. I wish to visit it one day. Don't forget to browse the places of interest which they are also providing if you want to have some sightseeing in Phuket. The picture here is my favorite room in Avista.

Europe Adventure is Coming Soon!

Did you just read the title of this post? Yes, it is true again! Europe adventure is coming soon! A friend of mine from the United States will be coming to visit me in Europe and we will have some tours here. To be honest guys until now, we are still searching for the cheapest flights online to different cities in Europe. We are planning to visit some cities here this coming summer season. We are also trying to find a cheap flight to London. When we can find a cheap one, I might visit London again for the third time with my friend. I already made a tentative itinerary for our three weeks adventure but it is still not final.

We are also trying to find a good Paris travel guide. Thanks to Travel Grove for the very informative guide to Paris. In fact, we are still looking for a hotel in this city. I had been to Paris last year but it was a bus trip and we had a tour guide that time which made us very easy to go around for sightseeing. This time, only me and my friend will be having an adventure there. I find it quite difficult because I know how crowded Paris can be sometimes. With the help of Travel Grove's guide to Paris, I believed it is quite easy to go around Paris. I was also browsing for cheap flights from Nuremberg, Germany to Paris, France and I found cheap flights from this site compared to some other sites I visited before. I also found the site very easy to navigate. Last week, as I was browsing a German site, I got mad because the navigation of the site is very poor. In fact when you enter a certain flight inquiry, they will not redirect you for a concrete flight but you will be coming back to the same window for searching. I want to tell my friend to also take a look at Travelglobe.com site.

I believed most part of Europe now are still having a cold and rainy weather. It's been raining in our place for three weeks now which make the weather cold and wet. Normally at this time of the year, I can already wear a t'shirt because the sunshine is here but now our heater is still on because of this cold weather. Is There Really a Thing Called Travel for Free?

Is there really a thing called "travel for free"? I visited a site before wherein the author mentioned that at this time there is no such thing called travel for free. I guess I have to deviate with what the author had shared about traveling for free. There are so-called teens volunteer summer programs that are sometimes offering free travel and accommodation. I met last year a friend online who went to Germany and her plane ticket and accommodation were shouldered by her sponsor. She had to stay in this country for three months to help built a museum somewhere in Bavaria, Germany. In return for her free travel, she has to work help build that museum. She told me that during their free weekend, they visited other cities in Germany and the neighboring countries. She even visited her Aunt in Italy that time.

You can also travel for free when you probably win a promotion entitled you for a free vacation. You can also travel for free when a member of your family shoulders your travel expenses. right folks? Just last week, I also visited a site called Vision Service Adventures who provides teen summer program locations. Their site offers international summer program where you can visit other countries for adventure, sightseeing, learning languages, knowing people and their culture or simply have fun. They have interesting program locations such as Alaska, Vietnam, Dominica, Peru, Ecuador and a lot more. This site is quite interesting. I want to browse more in its site later.

If you also notice that I have been to different parts of the globe already. I would say that I sometimes travel for free or partly free. I guess I will reveal my secret soon. I also have a funny photo taken somewhere out there in the second picture. I know this place is somewhere in Europe but I just can't figure out right now. I am here again to share some updates. I already posted some entries in my other sites. Don't hesitate to visit them and see more pictures. I would like to share t this time about budget vacation and how to plan for it. Sometimes planning a vacation can be very stressful. When you plan it ahead, I believed you will save some money from doing so. I have been to different cities and countries in the world. I can say that traveling is one of my passion and I truly love it. Since I am jobless, I need to plan ahead for any vacation that I wish to spend. This is especially true and considering about finances, I need to save money first before going for a vacation. This is one of the most important thing to consider.

Another thing we need to consider is trying to find for the possible cheapest vacation. There are some sort of wholesale travel where we can choose for any destination that we wish to visit.
